# REDIBA — Red Iberoamericana de Aptámeros

> Ibero-American Aptamer Network: a scientific hub connecting research groups across 10 countries working on aptamers and synthetic nucleic acids for diagnostics, therapeutics, in silico SELEX and nanotechnology.

REDIBA brings together 28 affiliated laboratories in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Spain, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Uruguay. The network organizes biennial meetings, training courses and shared protocols, and is currently preparing the 4th REDIBA Meeting in Montevideo (October 5–6, 2026).
